Closeout (closeoutrebates.com) is software for installation contractors that organizes rebate and interconnection paperwork. It is operated by Dyson Swarm Technologies ("we"). By using Closeout you agree to these terms.
Closeout reads documents you upload, checks them against published program rules, tracks deadlines, and prepares submission packets. Program rules change and our reading can be wrong. You are responsible for confirming requirements with each program administrator and for everything you submit. Closeout does not guarantee that any rebate, incentive or interconnection will be approved or paid.
Your sign-in link opens your account; keep it private. The first 5 filings marked "filed" are free. After that each filing you mark "filed" is billed at the price shown in the app, plus any sales tax that applies. Filings are collected on one invoice on the 1st of each month. If you have saved a card through Stripe it is charged then; otherwise Stripe emails the invoice and it is due within 14 days. A filing marked "filed" by mistake can be un-marked before the invoice is issued and won't be billed. You can update or remove your card at any time in the billing portal. Invoices and receipts are available in the app.
Don't upload documents you don't have the right to share, and don't use Closeout to text anyone who hasn't agreed to receive texts.
Closeout is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
